Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Automotive Technician to join a network of Auto Service Centers across the U.S. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, engine performance, and HVAC.

You will work with the latest diagnostic tools and mentor teammates while building your customer base. The position requires a minimum of three years of repair experience (or equivalent military vehicle maintenance) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ASE A4/A5 certifications or MAC certification preferred; state inspection license optional.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, A/C, and cooling system.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest diagnostic technology and maintain safety standards.
• Mentor teammates and adapt to evolving automotive technology; perform lifting of tires and other manual tasks.
