Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicle systems at multiple service centers. You’ll use the latest diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair brakes, suspension, engines, A/C, and electrical issues while maintaining safety and clean work environments.

The role requires a minimum of three years in automotive repair or equivalent military experience, a valid license, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least three years of automotive repair experience or three years in military vehicle maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred ASE A4/A5 certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using the latest technology.
• Mentor teammates and continually learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and housekeeping while using protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires and wheels and standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
