Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Mechanic for our Roanoke area center. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks, and handle state inspections.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience or training, own a toolbox, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. We offer competitive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Own a personal toolbox of tools used for undercar repairs.
• Be able to perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks).
• Perform state inspections and preventive maintenance (oil changes, fluids).
• Replace worn parts and balance tires as needed.
