Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art centers in the Morrisville area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks, and you'll handle state inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs.
• Preferred: state inspection license(s).
• Preferred: ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles.
• Perform undercar repairs such as brakes, struts, and shocks, and dismount/mount/rotate/balance tires.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and maintain fluids.
