NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis in the Newport News, VA area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks, and conduct state inspections, oil changes, and tire services.

Qualified candidates have at least 18 years old, work authorization in the United States, and 2 years of related experience or training with a personal toolbox for undercar repairs.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Possess 2 years of automotive repair/maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Own a comprehensive personal toolkit for undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles and perform undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks).
• Perform state-m mandated inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and tire work.
• Disassemble/mount/balance tires and replace worn parts.
