Job summary

Coconut Point Ford in Estero, FL is expanding its service department and seeking quality, upbeat service technicians to join our team. Ford certifications are a plus but not required; you will diagnose and repair vehicle systems using modern diagnostic tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diagnostic, Electrical, and Multi Media proficiency.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and provide time estimates.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain high level of customer service.
Other duties as assigned according to skill level and certification
