Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear's Auto Service centers by applying your mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communication; mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work performed and report safety issues to management.
• Promote teamwork to ensure timely, accurate guest care during all operating hours.
