Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC).
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and service information systems.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Work efficiently while preserving high-quality workmanship.
• Follow safety policies and manufacturer procedures.
• Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to deliver a great customer experience.
