Goodyear in Onalaska, WI is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our tire and auto service center. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and deliver outstanding service while gaining hands-on experience with brakes, alignments, and diagnostics.

The role offers a starting wage of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, full-time hours, and a benefits package including medical, 401(k), tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving tasks.
• Conduct brake repairs, tire work, and vehicle inspections as part of service.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate findings to customers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent guest service and mentoring to junior technicians.
