Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must lift to 25 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Manufacturer certifications and experience preferred.
• Dealership or automotive repair experience.
• State Inspection license is a plus.
• Completion of drug screening and background screening.
• Provide all government I-9 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles.
• Communicate with service team regarding repairs.
• Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly.
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees.
• Attend company and factory training.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations.
