Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Must meet or exceed hourly goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
