Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic in Richmond, TX. We want energetic, upbeat technicians who pursue solutions with a guest-first mindset and a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, performing thorough inspections, and collaborating with the team to meet safety and quality standards. ASE emphasis or ongoing training is supported.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Build experience as an automotive mechanic across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
• Collaborate with others to solve problems and deliver distinguished results.
