Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. ASE certification is preferred or a plan to obtain it, with opportunities for long-term career development and training support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certification preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines
