Qualifications
- Experience working as an automotive technician.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Broad knowledge of current vehicle technologies.
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a service focus.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willing to learn new repair procedures and tech.
- Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair work as per the service order efficiently.
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems.
- Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services.
- Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.
