Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance of experienced technicians. You will interact with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional service.

This role builds a foundation in automotive repair while contributing to the team’s success. The position offers a path to ASE certifications, daily pay options, and a performance-based pay model with opportunities for growth within a large North American

Qualifications

  • Must have basic mechanical task ability.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services; reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
