Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Associate's degree from two-year College or technical school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their ownership journey, especially in vehicle repairs.
• Provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge to help repair and maintain vehicles to factory and dealership standards.
• Clearly communicate technical information regarding customer vehicles to Service Advisors and teammates.
