• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a broad range of vehicle systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat rate pay structure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Reading and interpreting repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair information.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns and recommend repairs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and promptly, including warranty and internal work.
• Drive and road test vehicles to confirm concerns and verify repairs.
• Communicate status with foremen, advisors, and management; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
