Job summary

Goodyear Auto Service centers are looking for an Automotive Technician to professionally inspect, diagnose and repair tire and automotive services while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor and continually learn about new technologies in a fast-paced industry, contributing to team success and customer satisfaction. Training and career advancement opportunities are available within Goodyear's extensive network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repairs experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and testing.
• Brake, exhaust, ignition, electrical, A/C, computer systems, and power-train maintenance tasks.
• Road test vehicles after repairs to ensure mechanical soundness and identify other issues.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians and deliver quality guest care.
