Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues using a mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining safety standards.

You will learn to perform line technician services, routine inspections, brake repairs, alignments, tire installation and preventative maintenance. Training and fast-track career opportunities are available for hardworking team players.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and maintain safety protocols.
• Provide clear guest communication and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate guest care during all operating hours.
