Responsibilities include removing and replacing transmissions, assisting fellow technicians, and maintaining accurate repair estimates while continuously learning new techniques and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a General Automotive/R&R Technician.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Total Car Care & Preventative Maintenance
• Remove and Replace Transmissions
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
• Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to service writers and technicians
• Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques
• Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated
