Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems.
• Effective problem-solving abilities for technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with team members, service advisors, and customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
• Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, documentation, and parts coordination.
• ASE and Technician certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair Orders: Review repair orders and retrieve the assigned vehicle from the service area.
• Perform advanced repairs per the repair order, ensuring precision and adherence to dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with the parts department to obtain required parts for a seamless repair.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
• Perform safety and quality checks to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of diagnoses, repairs, parts used, and labor time.
• Manage tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and organization.
