Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive maintenance advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Familiar with Dealertrack and Xtime.
• Able to follow dealership standards.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintains certifications for brand manufacturers.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and lubrication per guidelines.
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks (tires, fluids, filters).
• Assist technicians with service tasks and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and dealership standards.
• Keep accurate service records (parts, labor, vehicle condition).
• Take photos of vehicles and suggest add-on services.
• Ensure Kia updates are installed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service bay.
• Communicate with team and service advisors to coordinate workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries.
