Job summary

Sun Devil Auto, part of the Sun Auto Network, is a family-owned repair shop in Phoenix, proudly serving customers since 1978. We’re looking for an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles following MAP guidelines and manufacturer standards.

Compensation ranges from $36k to $120k based on experience. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer ASE certification or equivalent experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to appropriate certifications/experience level.
• Performs work as outlined on the MPIs/Repair Orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or store leadership.
• Recommends services to keep the customer’s vehicle running and documents in the file.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to management.
