The Mountain States Toyota service team in Denver, CO, is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards.

This role offers flat-rate pay from $27.00 to $46.00 per hour, with sign-on bonuses and a strong benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company match and extensive Toyota factory training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license and legal work authorization
• Pre-employment checks including background, MVR and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
• Complete repair orders clearly and document work
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain productivity and safety standards in the shop
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and timelines
• Keep work area clean and compliant with safety standards
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
• Meet flat-rate productivity and quality standards
