Job summary

Mountain States Toyota is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to high standards. You will work in a fast-paced service department focused on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

The role requires 2–5 years in a franchised shop, ASE or manufacturer training preferred, and flat-rate productivity expectations. Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a franchised dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills across a variety of vehicle systems.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications are preferred; willingness to pursue additional training and certifications required.
• Ability to efficiently perform repairs while consistently meeting flat-rate productivity and quality standards.
• Proficiency using diagnostic equipment, repair software, and dealership service systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Additional Information

Compensation:

• $27.00 to $46.00 per flat rate hourly
• Income potential up to $130,000 +

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Sundays off
