Job summary

BMW of Denver Downtown is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Compensation is $30.00 to $54.00 per flat rate hourly, with a tenure bonus after six months of service (up to $3.50 per hour).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years automotive technician experience.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred; willingness to pursue more training.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
• Complete repair orders clearly and efficiently, documenting all work performed.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency goals set by the service department.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repairs and timelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
