Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a fast-paced shop. You will follow MAP guidelines and company standards while communicating clearly with customers and team members.

The role requires ASE certifications or equivalent experience, the ability to work Monday through Saturday, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Prefer ASE certification or equivalent experience or training.
• Must be able to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certifications/experience.
• Performs work outlined on inspection/repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to managers, service consultants, and customers.
• Recommends necessary services and documents recommendations in customer file.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains ASE certifications and renewals.
