Job summary

Winrock Automotive Group in Arkansas is seeking an Automotive Technician to maintain, inspect, and repair vehicles in the service bay, providing accurate information to service managers and advisors. You will perform multi-point inspections, diagnostics, and communicate with parts and service teams to ensure safety and reliability; training and mentorship may be involved; company offers benefits.

High school diploma, 2+ years in automotive tech, ASE cert preferred; you’ll work in a team, stay

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certification may be required.
• A-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Ambitious, hardworking team player with a customer-service mindset.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair, multi-point inspection, and maintenance per repair orders to dealership standards.
• Complete diagnostics and testing of systems to identify malfunctions.
• Communicate with parts and service advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work on repair orders and maintain an organized workspace.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training sessions.
