Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
- ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, engine, electrical, and HVAC.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
- Repair and replace brake systems, suspension components, and steering systems.
- Perform engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs.
- Inspect vehicles and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay and shop environment.
- Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical service bulletins, and industry best practices.
