Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using dealership’s computer software.
• Evaluate vehicle malfunction codes with diagnostic tools.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Perform in-depth inspections of all vehicle systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by conveying repair information.
