Job summary

Mueller's Auto in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flat-rate pay of $35–$60 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates in a modern, air-conditioned shop.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles across multiple makes and models, with opportunities to advance through ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• B-Level or A-Level Automotive Technician experience with strong diagnostic skills preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair multiple automotive systems, including engine, transmission, braking, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume repair shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems on multiple makes and models.
• Perform routine maintenance services and mechanical repairs.
• Complete repairs ranging from brakes and suspension work to engine and transmission replacement.
• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Maintain quality workmanship while working efficiently in a high-volume shop environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality repairs.
