Point S - Palo Cedro and Redding is seeking an experienced automotive technician to work on front-end, brakes, shocks, struts, engine repairs, and diagnostic tasks including check engine light. The role also involves tires, oil changes, and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as auto mechanic.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues.
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems for repair and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance (fluids, lubrication) to ensure vehicle longevity.
• Repair or replace broken parts and fix leaks.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs or maintenance.
• Keep logs on work and issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
