The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues using mechanical aptitude and deliver outstanding service.

Essential duties include line technician services, routine inspections, brake repairs, and tire installation, while upholding guest communication and safety standards. The role offers training, fast-track advancement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and mass diagnostics, and tire installation.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to guests about their vehicles and services.
• Mentor junior automotive technicians and document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues immediately to management and maintain adherence to company policies.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and handling tires and equipment, standing, bending, and squatting.
