CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate in the United States to inspect, diagnose, and recondition vehicles, from engines to suspension. You will work in a climate-controlled facility with ongoing training and advanced tools, contributing to safe, reliable cars for customers.

The role requires hands-on repair experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with teammates and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing engines, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality and safety standards.
