Job summary

MINI of Ramsey is hiring Class B and C Automotive Technicians for a full-time position. The role offers a flat rate pay of $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience, with potential bonuses and incentives as part of total compensation.

Responsibilities include performing repair work per repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, road-testing vehicles, documenting work, and maintaining an inventory of standard tools. ASE certifications are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair order with safety and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Document work performed and time per procedures.
• Maintain inventory of standard mechanics tools.
