Job Description

Empire Automotive Group Jeep Chrysler Ram of West Islip is seeking ALL LEVEL TECHS to advance their careers. We offer opportunities for Entry-Level Service Technicians, Experienced Service Technicians, and Master Service Technicians to work with a lineup of Sedans and SUVs. Your Daily Work Schedule

• Perform repairs efficiently according to the repair order and dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools for system testing.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualities We’re Looking For

• Experience at an automotive dealership.
• Automotive Technical School certificate.
• ASE Certificates in Chrysler vehicles are a plus.
• Strong understanding of service drive processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dexterity and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
• Open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Willingness to submit to drug screening and background check.
