Job summary

Team Car Care in Sulphur, LA is seeking an Automotive Technician to service guest vehicles with top-quality workmanship and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll receive comprehensive training and certification support, assisting with brakes, tires, lubrication, and routine maintenance using industry programs.

You’ll teamwork with colleagues to deliver timely, accurate guest care, communicate clearly about vehicle issues, keep your workstation clean, and perform road tests to confirm

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive Experience.
• 1-2 years of brake systems experience.
• ASE certifications preferred and related training.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and service recommendations.
• Keep the service center workstation clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related maintenance.
• Diagnose braking system issues and related components (engine, suspension, electrical, HVAC).
• Use software and parts catalogs to prepare estimates for parts and labor (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA).
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
• Assist with ancillary services such as lubrication, fuel system cleaning, tire rotations, and gearbox service.
