Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking an Automotive Technician in Orange Park, FL to service guest vehicles with top-quality workmanship and customer care. The role includes comprehensive training to handle lubrication, brakes, tires, and related tasks, ensuring reliable service and guest satisfaction in a busy service center.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of experience working on brake systems.
• ASE certification A5 Brakes.
• ASE certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center workstation is clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacing all braking components and performing full brake flushes.
• Diagnose braking system issues and related components.
• Diagnose Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning issues as needed.
• Use computer systems to provide estimates for parts and labor (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA).
• Road-test vehicles before/after to ensure all work meets standards.
• Assist with ancillary services like lubrication, fuel system cleaning, tire rotations.
