You’ll handle brakes, tires, lubrication and a range of mechanical tasks, supported by comprehensive training to achieve ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience required.
• 1-2 years of brake systems experience preferred.
• ASE certifications in brakes, engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical systems, or HVAC are advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive trade school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center workstation is clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related repairs.
• Diagnose braking system issues and other mechanical components.
• Diagnose engine performance, suspension, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
• Use computer systems to estimate parts and labor with programs like All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure work is up to standard.
• Support ancillary services such as lubrication, fuel system cleaning, and tire rotations.
