We know it's frustrating for Automotive Technicians to turn lots of hours just to see them evaporate for insurance benefits instead of showing up in your bank account. While we don't have the perfect solution, we work aggressively to minimize the damage. We offer a health share medical plan (family is covered too!), vision, and dental insurance, short and long term disability insurance and a small life insurance policy. All 100% paid by ER Autocare.

Our Automotive Technicians get Paid Time Off that includes 6 paid holidays, 5 days paid time off after 6 months and 1 additional day per year worked capping at 2 weeks. We are closed Saturday and Sunday to reduce paid time off usage and improve your quality of life.
