Responsibilities

1. Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs accurately and efficiently.
2. Conduct multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
3. Stay updated on industry best practices in automotive repair.
4. Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
5. Learn new technical information and techniques to remain proficient.
6. Maintain accurate paperwork for customers and records.
7. Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed.
8. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
9. Perform work as specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• X-Time/CDK experience is a plus.
• DMV Check required.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training.
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $33.00-$90.00/hour, based on experience and skills.
