Job summary

Holman Enterprises in the United States is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and complete repairs on customer vehicles. You will work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs.

A minimum of 1 year dealer-level or large facility experience, a current driver’s license, and the ability to stay current with manuals and bulletins are required; high-line experience (Lexus/Toyota) is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Current valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Lexus, Toyota or other highline experience and certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of automotive systems and explain repairs to others.
• Stay current with product and technical knowledge.
• Estimate time of service or repair for scheduling.
• Know parts requirements and communicate via repair orders.
• Follow approved procedures for service and repairs.
• Comply with quality control and inspection requirements of Service Department.
