Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician in Georgia. You will learn and perform essential maintenance, inspections, and repairs under guidance, with customer interaction to explain procedures and ensure quality workmanship.

The role offers a flat-rate pay structure, opportunities for ASE certification, and a path to develop foundational automotive repair skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Aim to obtain or maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company; bonus per passed test.
