Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is recruiting an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will learn hands-on to address various vehicle systems, perform routine inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model and opportunities to earn based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver7s license.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• Able to obtain ASE within first two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and fees paid by company).
