Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Florida is seeking an Automotive Technician to learn, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will participate in routine inspections and assist in repair procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flat-rate pay and a path to ASE certifications, with on-the-job training and company-provided growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment (tests and fees paid by company).
