Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service network. You will learn hands-on under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications, with pay reflecting regional productivity.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair basics: oil changes, basic inspections, tire repair.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and fees covered).
