Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Applicants should have basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with oil changes and tire repair. This role offers on-site work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to earn based on

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes, basic inspections, reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
  • Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (fees covered by company).
