Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Mount Pleasant, SC, is looking for an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will learn and perform diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under guidance from senior techs.

The role offers flat-rate pay from $16.63 to $24.99 per hour, with opportunity for ASE certifications and on-the-job training. A valid driver's license and basic mechanical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years.
