Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles under guidance, engage with customers, and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven shop environment.

Pay range is $16.63–$24.99 per hour with a flat-rate pay system. We offer strong benefits starting day one and opportunities for ASE certification support and growth.

Qualifications

• Able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes, basic inspections, repairing tires.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests/fees paid by company; bonus for tests passed.
