Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Montclair, NJ is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under supervision in a fast-paced service environment. You’ll learn fundamentals, perform routine inspections, and assist with repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship and great customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks knowledge and ability to learn
• Experience with oil changes, inspections, tire repair is a plus
• Reading, writing and math skills required

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and fees paid by company).
